I'm glad that you are interested in purchasing a quality, beautiful ball python from me.

Our responsibility to you as a customer is to provide you with a quality snake with full disclosure of what you are purchasing. Every snake I sell is guaranteed to arrive healthy and properly sexed. All hets are guaranteed 100% hets unless otherwise noted ex: possible het, 66% het, or 50% het. Please check your new snake upon arrival and if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 12 hours of arrival. If anything arrives DOA, the box is damaged, or something is missing please contact us with in 2 hours of delivery.

Your responsibility as a customer is to provide proper husbandry for your new snake and please adhere to any state or local laws concerning purchases. Please be home to sign for your new snake on the first delivery attempt. You must give us your full address along with any apartment or suite numbers as needed. Providing the wrong shipping address will void any guarantees.

How do you accept payments?

We accept master card, visa, paypal. We also accept checks or money orders and the animals will be shipped as soon as the check/money order clears.

How do payment plans work?

If you are interested in purchasing an animal and need some time to pay him or her off we will gladly work with you.  Please contact for specific payments and duration's. As long as your request is reasonable we will consider it. If you change your mind during a payment plan you have  3 months to use your deposits towards any other animal of your choosing. Refunds are not available on cancelled payment plans.

Where do you ship?

We can ship anywhere in the continental U.S. We also ship internationally. We have a broker/exporter that handles these shipments for us.

How do you ship(US only)?

We ship with insulated boxes through Fedex to your door, or we can ship to your closest Fedex Facility and have the package held for pick up. We use heat packs or cool packs as needed and will ship when weather is between 40-90, requested shipping above or below these temperatures voids any guarantee.  We ship FedEx through Ship Your Reptiles. It is important when shipping reptiles that you use an approved shipper. For large or heavy packages we also ship through an air cargo carrier to your nearest airport. When having packages delivered to your home you need to be home to sign for the package at the first delivery attempt. For facility pick ups you need to pick your package up with in 2 hours of delivery.

What if I want a snake but it is too cold or too hot out to ship?

If it is too cold or too warm to ship to your location you can purchase the snake that you are interested in and I will feed and care for him/her at no extra charge to you until shipping weather is appropriate.

When do you ship?

I ship priority overnight on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for next day delivery. You must be home to sign for your snake at the first attempt of delivery.We will ship on which ever day you prefer and will provide you with a tracking number for your new snake.

Can I pick my snake up at a reptile expo?

We vend at over 40 expos every year, If I am attending an expo near you, you are more than welcome to pick up your new snake there.
